Chris Kuiper has been a professor of participation at Research Centre Innovations in Care of Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, and he was also professor of Transformations in Care at the University of Applied Sciences Leiden. Since 2011, his main function has been director of Care and Education at Horizon Youth Care and Education.
