What to expectAbout the programme
The program is co-designed by coaches and adapted to your needs, ensuring skill gaps are addressed for strong team and individual performance.
High-level teamwork requires intensive contact, so sessions are typically in-person on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with remote work on Tuesdays and Fridays. However, flexibility is key—training camps may occur on Wednesdays or Fridays, and workshops could be scheduled in the evening to align with company availability. Efforts will be made to provide advance notice.
Joint activities outside the program itself are highly recommended.

Learning outcomes
Solving a complex business problem requires fundamental knowledge of Strategy, Marketing, Finance, Operations (incl. IT), and HR. Each team will have at least one member focusing on one of these areas. Together, the team members contribute the necessary knowledge and experience, making connections across disciplines to develop a solid solution. This also means that team members must stay up to date with the latest business trends and developments.
Personal leadership is essential, forming the heart of the portfolio and its discussions:
Self-Awareness: Know your values, strengths, and emotions. Reflect and grow.
Vision: Set clear goals and stay focused.
Accountability: Own your actions, learn from mistakes, and act with integrity.
Emotional Intelligence: Build connections, manage stress, and foster collaboration.
Adaptability: Embrace change, stay curious, and drive growth.
Inspiration: Motivate, communicate, and empower teamwork.
