    Join high-performance teams to tackle real challenges for managers, deliver impactful advice under pressure, and present with confidence. Compete with others to create the most innovative solutions!

    Dive into a transformative learning experience where you apply your knowledge to tackle multi-disciplinary challenges. You’ll be trained to excel in high-performance teams, mastering advanced problem-solving methods and skills that prepare you to address the critical issues of today and tomorrow.

    Your mission? To create innovative solutions for decision-makers—often company managers—and prove their quality and feasibility. You'll showcase your work in competitive settings, from classroom challenges to two exciting training camps: one in Rotterdam and one abroad. Here, you’ll compete against international teams and expand your global network.

    Furhermore, you’ll step into the shoes of a problem-owner, collaborating with real managers to craft impactful business cases. Plus, you’ll orchestrate your own case event that showcases your leadership skills.

    Success in this program demands a commitment to personal growth and a drive to improve essential skills. You and your peers are in control, supported by expert team coaching and tailored interventions to maximize your potential.

    The result? You’ll be part of a vibrant community where learning is dynamic, collaborative, and above all, fun.

    What to expect

    About the programme

    The program is co-designed by coaches and adapted to your needs, ensuring skill gaps are addressed for strong team and individual performance.

    High-level teamwork requires intensive contact, so sessions are typically in-person on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with remote work on Tuesdays and Fridays. However, flexibility is key—training camps may occur on Wednesdays or Fridays, and workshops could be scheduled in the evening to align with company availability. Efforts will be made to provide advance notice.

    Joint activities outside the program itself are highly recommended.

    Method

    Method: Case solution training sessions, workshops and guest lectures.

    Type of assessment: portfolio with a one hour interview mid-January.
