    Trial study: Professional & Academic Skills - Intercultural Competence

    During the course Intercultural Competence, which is part of the Professional & Academic Skills track (PAS), you will learn how to different situations where cultural differences can clash. You will also learn to recognize these differences, in order to work effectively in an international environment. This can be very useful, not only for your professional career, but also while studying International Business together with other students from different cultures.

    In this video, our lecturer Cheryl Gerretsen will give examples of misunderstandings that can occur in intercultural situations. She will also share with you what you can expect of the full course and how you can  become more aware of your own cultural lens.
