My work experience in the private sector has included companies in the United Kingdom, Lithuania and the Netherlands. I am founder of a consultancy firm, which focuses on organisation of Trade Missions and analysis of economic and social development in Lithuania and Northern Europe.
I have worked in the public sector in between spells in academia that comprised three main activities: public service, project management and research. Currently I am holding a position of a leading lecturer at the Rotterdam Business School.
Throughout my academic career I have taught courses in University College London (UK), NEOMA Business School (France), ELISAVA Barcelona School of Design and Engineering (Spain), and top Lithuanian universities. I have also held a number of education positions, where I was responsible for developing and coordinating various international projects with partner universities in France, Spain, Croatia, Lithuania, UK, Australia, Chile and Brazil.
