This study programme is designed to provide individuals with a comprehensive understanding of how organisations operate and the skills needed to help companies thrive in a rapidly changing world. From the beginning, students are challenged to investigate, come up with solutions and present them to organisations. The knowledge gained is immediately applied to real-world situations. The goal of this programme is to produce business experts who can help companies operate more sustainably and smartly while growing financially.
In the first year, students learn how organisations create value and what value means. In the second year, they learn to transform organisations, for example by circulating waste. In the third year, students participate in internships, converge disciplines, and provide advice to companies like a real consultant. The final year includes an (international) minor programme and a final thesis project.
This programme emphasises on practical learning, as each course begins with a real-world situation that combines theory and skills. Expert teachers guide students towards becoming independent professionals. During their studies, students have ample opportunities to connect with regional and international companies.
Graduates of this programme pursue careers in various sectors, executing policy, advisory, or consultancy roles in local and international companies, start-ups, or (non-) governmental organisations.
