We are the first contact point for all international incoming students regarding practical issues to ensure a smooth transition from their home country to the Netherlands and our university. Our activities include:
- Preparing information packages for new students
- Arranging visas for the international non-EU students
- Assisting students with practical issues, such as: health insurance, opening a bank account, payment of tuition fees, registration at the municipality, etc.
- Organising the introduction days for all international students
